Personal original work.
I've made the first version of this image at december 2013 as some of my new brushes settings test (it was created live, on the stream, for about 20 minutes, in between of the major art-sessions).
The updated version you see here (november 2014) took about a hour.
If you are wondering about the tattoo - it's just one my logos ^^
Tools: a photoshop and 2 brushes: the chalk and some smooth edge ones (you can download them at my DA profile page).
